Are your watches authentic and do they come with a warranty?
Yes, every watch we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors. Each purchase includes a 2-year international manufacturer warranty covering movement and manufacturing defects.
How should I care for my mechanical or automatic watch?
To maintain accuracy, we recommend winding your watch once a day if it is manual, or wearing it regularly if it is automatic. Avoid strong magnetic fields and extreme temperatures, and ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.
What is your return policy for luxury timepieces?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective films and tags intact. Please note that once a bracelet has been resized, the watch is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping and customs coverage?
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide via insured express couriers. While shipping fees are calculated at checkout, please note that international customers are responsible for any local import duties and taxes.
Can I get my watch bracelet resized before delivery?
Yes, we provide complimentary bracelet resizing on all metal-link watches. Simply provide your wrist measurement in the 'Order Notes' section at checkout, though please be aware this makes the item final sale.
How do I verify the water resistance of my watch?
Water resistance ratings are typically engraved on the case back. A rating of 50m is suitable for light splashes, while 100m or higher is required for swimming and snorkeling. Always ensure the crown is screwed down tight before submersion.
